Place cream cheese in medium bowl. Microwave at 50% for 30-60 seconds until softened. Mix in beans, egg and green chilies. In 9 inch round baking dish, layer 1 tortilla, scant 2/3 cup bean mixture and about 3/4 cup of cheese. Repeat 3 times, ending with cheese. Microwave at 50% for 10 to 15 minutes or until heated, rotating every 3 minutes.
